This scope included construction of a large-scale custom home featuring expansive open-plan living area, multiple wet areas, bespoke kitchen and joinery, a resort-style pool and entertainment area, and a full outdoor recreational zone including a basketball court. The build required coordination of complex structural components, high-end finishes, and detailed organisation across all trades, to maintain consistent level of workmanship throughout all stages.
