The renovation of this pre war home has to be one of the most run down homes we have ever renovated. With nearly 30 years of neglect, he have no choice but to replace all of existing external components to the home.

The finished product of this Smart home will sport a beautiful mix of traditional meets modern, with a total of 560m2 trackside extension, we can’t wait to reveal the finished product.

The renovation of this beautiful Queenslander consisted of a lift and shift squaring the house up on the block, 50m of block retaining to each side of the block to create level ground for the proposed renovations. this renovation nearly tripling in size, we can not wait to showcase this amazing home with city views, showcasing some of the most unique yet amazing fixutures and finishes through out the home.

This renovation consisted of an entire internal renovation. a full re model of the complete inside. The transformation consisted of 4 x Bathroom renovations, a new laundry, office wince cellar, as well as a complete new kitchen. Making this Place a complete new home

BARTON ROAD, HAWTHORNE

DESIGNED BY URBAN DESIGN SOLUTIONS 

This renovation had us removing the rear ground lounge room, and extending the internal living area and adding an external entertainment area to that back of the property.

Moving the kitchen from the middle level, into the new ground living/ entertainment area, creating a new space no one wants to leave!

TRAFALGAR STREET, MORNINGSIDE
